Does your office have an after-hours drop box?
Yes, we do. We have a mail slot on the door. Please make sure the envelope or item you are dropping off is identified with your name and property address.

I did not have a pet when I moved in; may I have a pet now?
In most cases the answer is YES, but please check with our office PRIOR to getting the pet. We have a pet application process, and some owners may not want a pet.

How can I reserve a Rental Property?
We require a $500.00 holdover deposit to reserve the rental unit for you. This is required only after your application has been reviewed and approved.

How old do you have to be to apply?
The minimum age we require is 18 years old.

All occupants over 18 years of age must fill out a separate application.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out, What do I do?
lease contact our offices. You should have received via email move out instructions and details on providing the keys back for your rental unit. Please give us a call so we may resend the information to you.

I am not sure if I want to renew my lease, when should I let you know?
Most of our leases require a minimum of 60 days’ notice of vacate. If you fail to provide proper notice in writing and receive confirmation from our office that we received your notice, you could be liable for additional fees.

What does the monthly lease administrative fee covers?
We offer a variety of tools and resources to our tenants including 24/7 emergency maintenance hotline, tenant’s portal, online maintenance reporting, and much more. The tenant monthly Lease Administrative fee covers the costs of operating and providing access to these services.

How can I pay my rent?
We only accept rent payments via your tenant’s portal. You may also be able to pay your rent with a check, cashier’s check, or money order, but this will incur in an additional processing fee to process and deposit the payment.
