To Schedule a Showing, simply press the green button “SCHEDULE A SHOWING” on the property of your interest. A new window will open which will display multiple pre-scheduled showing windows. Just complete the questions and pick a time that works for your schedule! You will need to upload a picture of the front and back of your driver’s license or government issued ID in order to schedule a showing.
A note on tenant qualification; not all applicants will qualify to rent. Here is a brief summary of our qualification criteria:
Required Information - (a.) Government issued photo ID, (b.) Pay stubs or personal bank statement from last 90 days (no corporate bank statements), (c.) Pet profile registered with www.petscreening.com if pet(s) are included in the household, (d.) Current landlord contact info and for the previous three years, (e.) All adults aged 18+ must apply individually with their own email address and pay a $100 application fee; this fee is refundable if not approved.
Common Reasons to be Declined - Incomplete application, previous evictions, active collections from landlords, credit score below 550 or no credit, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, active bankruptcies, pets over 30lbs (no aggressive breeds allowed), excess vehicles, and move in dates too far in future can also be a reasons for a declined application. Additionally, criminal records are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be grounds for denial.
